Jeff leverages his 20+ years in local and international leadership and logistics to drive your business forward. Jeff turns objectives into pilot systems and helps with the logistics of running multiple simultaneous projects. He is highly relational (people-focused) and runs larger-scale projects, including international conferences with dozens of speaker tracks and hundreds of attendees.

Clay Thomas

Clay thrives in Management systems, reducing costs and "lean" operating practices. His 20+ years in management, history of longevity and stable teams recently led to 2.2x Net Operating Income (NOI) after 24 months (including during COVID disruptions). Clay's role is to take pilot systems and turn them into lasting processes, work to identify and eliminate persistent problems/obstacles (he actually "loves" problems), and build in people systems that allow your staff to be both productive and secure in their roles.


Emily McPhail

Emily translates her education in Advertising / Marketing (USF summa cum laude) to accelerate your business success by focusing on marketing optimization. She incorporates her natural prioritization skills with a business mindset that advances results. She takes your high-level goals and turns them into a series of near-term objectives that can be quantified and calendared.
